CP Singh is an experienced litigator having 38 years standing at the Bar. He has acted as counsel in a wide range of contentious corporate, commercial, property, family, probate and trust litigation work. He has made his mark taking novel legal arguments to both Trial and Appellate Courts, including the Supreme Court of India.

Prem Singh had completed 37 years in Indian Judiciary, first 32 years in District Judiciary and last 5 years as the member of State Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow. For the past two years he is practicing before the Allahabad High Courts specifically dealing with service matters, banking matters, commercial matters, civil disputes and criminal matters.
Mohit Yadav
Managing Partner
Mohit undertakes banking and finance and real estate legal work, advising clients on property related contracts, mortgage and real estate financing, development work, leasing including commercial properties and stamp duties. He has undertaken a wide variety of civil litigation, criminal and commercial fraud work at both Trial and Appellate Court levels. He is the managing-partner of the Firm.

Mayank practices before the Allahabad High Courts, NCLT Allahabad, DRT and DRAT at Allahabad. He deals with service matters, banking matters, commercial matters, civil disputes and criminal matters. He heads the litigation practice of the Firm at Allahabad.

Sangya handles a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including banking, civil, commercial and service litigation. She has been actively engaged in arbitration, matrimonial proceedings, criminal defence, probate administration and more. She has made her mark while arguing before various tribunals, Trial and Appellate Courts, including the Apex Court and has been serving as External member of the Internal Complaints committee under the Sexual Harassment of Women At Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 at a leading PSU.

Shreenath handles regulatory compliances, incorporation of Companies, conducting legal and secretarial due diligence of companies, etc. He also specializes in drafting of documentation with respect to consortium, bilateral and multiple banks’ lending, transactions. He is also engaged in real estate advisory. He has handled various assignments relating to Title Search, Drafting and Registration of Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, Relinquishment Deeds, Trust Deeds, etc.
